Pretty NZ Kuku Shell clip on earrings.

Kuku Shell from the Southern Deep Water Mussel.  These lovely pre-owned earrings are from the 1990’s. Oval in shape with gilt metal surrounds.

Measuring 16mm in length.  The clip backs still have plenty of spring. Subtle pink with a hint of lustre a bit like Mother of Pearl.

Great preloved condition.  Complete with original box.
