Very sweet little vintage Celluloid Budgerigar Bird Toy with weighted base to keep upright when pushed over.  Great invention, it will wobble, spin an turn around but remain upright.

Measuring 8.5cm from beak to tail.

Good vintage condition, no splits or cracks.
