This could be the buy of the century because I don’t know what it is.

It’s silver and stamped on the inside is HH 1723. No other markings I can see.

The closed length is 5.5cm.

Too small for tobacco ?? Back in the day it looks like it was gold plated on the inside.

It has no hinge but closes securely.
